Operations

Associate, Generator Modeling Engineer

Analyst

• Produce, validate, and continuously refine short‑term and long‑term forecasts using Genesys Cloud WFM along with internal models, dashboards, and operational datasets.
• Analyze historical data, seasonal trends, and business drivers to predict call volumes and staffing needs.
• Create multiple forecast scenarios to evaluate impacts of service level goals, shrinkage, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to align staffing plans with business objectives and customer demand.
• Recommend staffing adjustments and hiring plans to meet service level targets across two call center locations.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust forecasts and schedules as needed.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, occupancy, and service levels.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership on staffing efficiency, overtime, and agent utilization.

Security Engineer

• Detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents across the organization offering subject matter expertise in cloud security related incidents.
• Assist in the hands-on configuration, operation, monitoring, and continuous tuning of the Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
• Create and maintain cloud security playbooks to include security automation, policy tuning, and incident response.
• Assist in the connection of cloud security tools with other threat and vulnerability management initiatives.
• Research, design, and test known tactics, techniques, and procedures used in cloud security attacks to validate effectiveness of security controls across the cloud environment.

• Lead and support the team of technicians in their assigned location/region in performing preventive & corrective maintenance and supporting ongoing construction activities.
• Plan, coordinate and manage the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of field services to AES Clean Energy facilities and assist the Regional Field Services Manager in planning to meet regional maintenance obligations.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager, Engineering team, and others to remediate site issues and enhance the operating portfolio’s performance.
• Coordinate and manage contractors engaged to support maintenance activities and ensuring AES Safety procedures are followed.
• Responsible for the Preventive and Corrective O&M activities assigned to the team.
• Stop unsafe work, report and correct unsafe conditions or hazards – review and submit applicable accident / incident report.
• Work with and support Regional Safety Committee.
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement of O&M activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of field services.
• Support, or lead as necessary, warranty claims processes with EPC providers and equipment vendors.
• Ensure standard maintenance for vehicles and equipment and assist in addressing repair needs, coordinate usage of shared equipment.
• Schedule and implement site training and qualification efforts.
• Assist in third-party contractor and vendor identification and onboarding– develop work scopes and manage and schedule contractors as needed.
• Establish and maintain an annual on-call schedule and communicate that schedule as needed to internal and external parties; respond to “after-hours” emergency situations as necessary.

Team Lead, Field Operations – Solar & BESS

Compliance

• Monitor, interpret, and implement applicable NERC Reliability Standards for generation facilities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute compliance programs, procedures, and documentation in collaboration with NERC Compliance team.
• Support and assist coordination of NERC and Regional Entity audits, spot checks, and self-certifications.
• Analyze protection system settings, generator performance models, and operational data to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and operators to integrate compliance requirements into design changes, maintenance, and operational practices.

NERC Compliance Engineer – Power Generation

• Manage projects with the oversight of a project manager
• Assist Real Estate Project Managers in all aspects of real estate development of renewable energy projects
• Review title reports and create a title curative plans, including fatal flaw analyses on potential land purchases and project acquisitions
• Review ALTA surveys for accuracy
• Assist in and manage title curative activities such as mineral searches and analyses, obtaining quitclaim deeds, crossing consents from utility providers, third-party access and/or utility easements, and mortgage subordinations, with oversight and mentoring from a project manager.
• Assist in and manage all real estate aspects of project development, construction, and financing, including ongoing survey activities, site plan review and buildable area analyses, site visits, and negotiations with investors and title companies to obtain suitable lender’s and owner’s title policies; with oversight and mentoring from a project manager.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with title companies, real estate brokers, surveyors, government entities, landowners, real estate and finance attorneys, and AES team members to mitigate risks and work toward obtaining title policies for project finance.

Senior Real Estate Analyst

• Provide critical technical insight for design, testing, commissioning of metering schemes

• Support commercial structuring and contract negotiations by providing analytical insights on pricing, risk allocation, and key value drivers.
• Ensure transaction valuations are aligned with AES Clean Energy’s power market views in collaboration with Term Trading and Structured Trading teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance commercial and deal-level models used to value solar, wind, battery storage, and hybrid assets.
• Implement model improvements and automation to reduce turnaround times and support a growing transaction pipeline.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of internal pricing, valuation tools, and model libraries.
• Partner with Risk Management to support internal model validation, risk quantification, and governance processes.
• Work with ETRM teams to ensure accurate booking and representation of executed contracts and transactions.
• Develop a strong understanding of commercial drivers, market dynamics, and regulatory factors impacting AES Clean Energy’s portfolio.

Senior Analyst, Structures & Pricing

• Design, configure, and maintain SCADA systems for operational control centers, ensuring reliable and secure data acquisition and process control
• Directly manage the SCADA Process and SCADA Vendor/integrator to meet project requirements and timelines
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve faults to ensure continuous and efficient operation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA systems with other industrial automation platforms and enterprise IT systems
