• Operate the established portfolio governance framework, including intake, prioritization, investment planning, decision forums, and escalation of cross-initiative dependencies and tradeoffs, ensuring portfolio priorities and delivery decisions remain aligned to enterprise business objectives, regulatory commitments, and strategic value drivers.
• Own portfolio performance management, including tracking and reporting KPIs such as delivery predictability, budget adherence, resource capacity utilization, change trends, ROI, and value realization, and translating portfolio data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations to support timely decision-making.
