Project Manager

• Lead projects from estimating → award → procurement → execution → closeout
• Manage schedule, cost, subcontractors, vendors, and field coordination
• Partner closely with superintendents (no rigid silos—true collaboration)
• Drive P6 schedules, cost tracking, forecasts, and change orders
• Ensure projects stay on-time, on-budget, and execution-ready
• Coordinate across field + office teams on complex civil systems
• Support preconstruction and bid strategy when needed
• Utilize Microsoft Suite, Excel, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, RMS
