  • Construction insurance experience is highly preferred
  • Is polished, professional, and confident communicating with clients
  • Loves building relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Has grit, tenacity, and knows how to solve problems independently
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment
