About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing a book of commercial insurance clients
Building long-term relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
Reviewing renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverages
Processing certificates of insurance and policy updates
Partnering with producers, underwriters, and carriers
Preparing renewal proposals
Answering client questions and providing outstanding service
Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships
Keeping accurate documentation and account records

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
Holds an Active Property & Casualty License
Has experience servicing mid-market or large commercial accounts
Construction insurance experience is highly preferred
Is polished, professional, and confident communicating with clients
Loves building relationships and delivering exceptional service
Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Has grit, tenacity, and knows how to solve problems independently
Thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment
