About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing a book of commercial insurance clients
- Building long-term relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
- Reviewing renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverages
- Processing certificates of insurance and policy updates
- Partnering with producers, underwriters, and carriers
- Preparing renewal proposals
- Answering client questions and providing outstanding service
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships
- Keeping accurate documentation and account records
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Holds an Active Property & Casualty License
- Has experience servicing mid-market or large commercial accounts
- Construction insurance experience is highly preferred
- Is polished, professional, and confident communicating with clients
- Loves building relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Has grit, tenacity, and knows how to solve problems independently
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment
- Wants to grow with a company that believes in promoting from within
