Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects from estimating → award → procurement → execution → closeout
Manage schedule, cost, subcontractors, vendors, and field coordination
Partner closely with superintendents (no rigid silos—true collaboration)
Drive P6 schedules, cost tracking, forecasts, and change orders
Ensure projects stay on-time, on-budget, and execution-ready
Coordinate across field + office teams on complex civil systems
Support preconstruction and bid strategy when needed
Utilize Microsoft Suite, Excel, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, RMS

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2+ years as a Project Manager with a large Civil/Commercial General Contractor
3+ years in heavy civil, federal, industrial, or infrastructure construction
Full lifecycle project experience (estimating through closeout)
Strong scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination experience
Consistent career progression (not frequent job hopping)
