Work in Marketing and closely with Call Center Operations teams to launch, execute and report on marketing programs supported by outbound and inbound call centers
Develop and maintain scalable processes within the marketing and sales stack
Translate marketing objectives into actionable programs for inbound and outbound contact center sales operations
Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: promotions, emails, SMS, call center and customer lists
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and create regular internal and partner-facing reports
Manage competing priorities on complex cross-functional projects and provide strong project management

Strong Attention to details
Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Hands-on experience with Data management Platform (DMP) platforms
Hands-on experience with Workflow automation tools
Hands-on experience with Direct Mail marketing processes (list acquisition and screening)
Experience using marketing and sales technologies or ability to quickly adapt (Velocify, Encompass, Call Rail, Adobe, Microsoft products)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing competing priorities
Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
