About the role
- Execute ABM-driven outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with high-value accounts
- Research target accounts, job titles, and functions to personalize messaging and connect with decision-makers
- Consistently schedule 2–5 qualified discovery calls per week with priority accounts
- Log activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM accurately to provide visibility into progress and wins
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine ABM outreach strategies
- Track performance: measured by discovery calls booked and quality of pipeline created
- Ramp up product knowledge and begin executing targeted outreach within 30–60 days; deliver ~200 tailored outbound calls/week by 60 days
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an outbound SDR role
- 1+ years of experience at a startup (Series B or earlier preferred)
- Highly competitive nature with excellent critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal; active listener
- Excellent research skills ("professional stalker") to find decision-makers
- Comfortable selling to technical stakeholders
- Coachable, curious, and excited to grow a career in sales
- CRM discipline and ability to log activity, notes, and outcomes 100% accurately
