About the role
- Lead and grow a team of high-performing Account Executives across multiple regions
- Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and quota attainment
- Recruit, train, lead, and mentor Account Executives across multiple markets
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching to ensure quota attainment
- Identify, pursue, and close new business with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Monitor key sales metrics and take corrective action to improve performance
- Optimize and implement sales methodologies to enhance conversion rates
- Partner with Marketing, SDR, partnerships and RevOps to convert leads and optimize territories
- Analyze sales performance data and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports to leadership
- Drive a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous learning
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales
- At least 3 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record of leading distributed or remote sales teams to quota attainment
- Hands-on coaching style with the ability to roll up sleeves and close deals alongside reps
- Strong understanding of SaaS or tech sales cycles, from SMB to mid-market or enterprise
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and act decisively
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clari, etc.)
- Hungry, ambitious, and motivated by both individual and team success
