About the role

  • Lead and grow a team of high-performing Account Executives across multiple regions
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and quota attainment
  • Recruit, train, lead, and mentor Account Executives across multiple markets
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching to ensure quota attainment
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Monitor key sales metrics and take corrective action to improve performance
  • Optimize and implement sales methodologies to enhance conversion rates
  • Partner with Marketing, SDR, partnerships and RevOps to convert leads and optimize territories
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide regular performance reports to senior management
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports to leadership
  • Drive a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous learning

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales
  • At least 3 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of leading distributed or remote sales teams to quota attainment
  • Hands-on coaching style with the ability to roll up sleeves and close deals alongside reps
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or tech sales cycles, from SMB to mid-market or enterprise
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and act decisively
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clari, etc.)
  • Hungry, ambitious, and motivated by both individual and team success
