• Conduct customer interviews to test messaging, validate pain points and uncover fresh insights that refine our positioning.
• Build and maintain the company’s central messaging house and positioning documents , ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Create compelling assets such as sales decks, competitive battle cards (e.g., “Us vs. competitiors”), product one-pagers, and case studies that equip our commercial teams to win.
• Lead all GTM strategy meetings for new product launches, coordinating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and impact.
