  • Lead a cross-functional product team to deliver an exceptional product experience for partners, clients, and internal users
  • Collaborate with other product teams to uncover opportunities that support the north star metric: increasing daily active users
  • Define and track team KPIs, contribute to broader product group OKRs, and ensure alignment with overall product vision and strategy
  • Dive deep into user research (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Partner with engineers to scope, build, and refine features that are intuitive, valuable, and commercially successful
  • Own backlog prioritisation and ensure coordination of product and engineering support requests
  • Continuously measure product performance and leverage data-driven insights to guide iterations and drive meaningful improvements
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and wins to stakeholders, keeping teams aligned and expectations managed
  • Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven product management experience in B2B and/or B2B2C environments
  • A strong track record of delivering impactful solutions
  • Data-driven decision maker who can confidently present insights and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience using product analytics tools to uncover user behavior and drive product strategy
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, setting clear goals, and driving continuous discovery and delivery cycles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Solid foundation in user research, market analysis, and business fundamentals, enabling strategic product thinking and customer-centric innovation
