Sales Development Rep

• Execute ABM-driven outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with high-value accounts
• Research target accounts, job titles, and functions to personalize messaging and connect with decision-makers
• Consistently schedule 2–5 qualified discovery calls per week with priority accounts
• Log activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM accurately to provide visibility into progress and wins
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine ABM outreach strategies
• Track performance: measured by discovery calls booked and quality of pipeline created
• Ramp up product knowledge and begin executing targeted outreach within 30–60 days; deliver ~200 tailored outbound calls/week by 60 days
