Analyst

• Perform batch/job operations, including monitoring and execution of tasks
• Work on the second shift (3pm – 12am), with a schedule that includes 1 weekend per month
• Monitor and report job statuses (long-running jobs, failures, abends) in Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for all supported zones
• Supervise job streams and flows, reporting errors or late completions to support teams
• Monitor mainframe connectivity and make necessary adjustments
• Create, execute, and edit jobs and schedules in TWS and RunMyJobs (RMJ)
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure accurate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of workflows
• Track support queues in ServiceNow and Jira, maintaining KPIs (incidents, requests, and change tasks)
• Work closely with teams in South America, North America, and India
