About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing SAP projects
Ensuring they are completed within defined timelines, scope and budget
Will manage implementation projects, digital transformation and migrations to SAP S/4HANA
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, project teams and executive leadership
Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, schedule, scope and budget
Promote operational excellence, client satisfaction and value creation for the business
Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end SAP projects from initiation to closure
Conduct executive and operational meetings with clients, sponsors and stakeholders
Lead multidisciplinary teams composed of functional consultants, ABAP, BASIS, Integration, Security and other SAP specialists
Ensure application of SAP Activate, PMBOK, Agile methodologies and governance best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP projects
Participation in SAP Greenfield implementation projects
Participation in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects
Experience in rollout, upgrade, digital transformation and AMS projects
Experience in projects involving multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM, RE-FX, among others)
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Experience managing budget, schedule, scope, quality, risks and resources
Experience in SAP consulting firms or large corporate transformation programs
Experience managing multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams
Experience in multicultural environments and working with international clients
