About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand end-to-end (E2E) processes in SAP with support from SMEs and business areas
Translate operational processes into digital training flows (Smart Walk-Thru)
Develop guided journeys using No-Code tools, especially SAP WalkMe
Create and maintain interactive navigation flows and in-app user support within the SAP environment
Support training, digital adoption, and change management initiatives
Validate flows and content with functional teams and stakeholders
Produce functional documentation and support materials related to the mapped processes
Drive continuous improvement of user experience and SAP process usability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with SAP processes and understanding of end-to-end flows
Background in digital training, functional documentation, or system adoption
Knowledge of No-Code tools
Experience with, or exposure to, SAP WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, or similar tools
Strong communication skills for interacting with users, SMEs, and business areas
Analytical and organized profile, with ease translating processes into intuitive flows
