• Gather customer information to conduct in depth analysis of customer data for Know Your Customer underwriting and customer due diligence.

• Troubleshoot and resolve frontline technical issues by working directly with agents and customers to assist with ensuring effective solutions in real-time
• Escalate unresolved issues by creating detailed JIRA tickets with accurate documentation
• Communicate with customers and frontline agents through CRM (Salesforce) providing proactive updates on ticket status and resolution progress

• Your Area of Focus: Responsible for daily transaction processing, coding and recording including vendor invoices, bank cash coding, and employee expense reports; Maintaining, reconciling, and analyzing the general ledger account activity; Assist in month-end close activities; Contribute to monthly & quarterly fluctuation analysis; Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures; Provide exceptional service cross-functionally; Participate in the financial audit and preparation of required audit support schedules; Assist with U.S. local, state, and federal tax filing; Identify opportunities and propose solutions; Assist with other areas of accounting; Participate in cross training of other roles.
