Sales Operations Manager

• Build and maintain the agency’s sales toolkit, including credentials, case studies, proposals, pitch materials, talk tracks and objection-handling guidance.
• Support priority opportunities from prospect research and qualification through proposal, pitch, follow-up and handoff.
• Coordinate RFIs, RFPs, credentials requests and pitches, managing timelines, contributors, reviews and final delivery with prospects and internal teams across, PR, Paid Media, Organic Social, Performance Analytics, Research & Strategy, Creative, and leadership.
• Research target companies, sectors, competitors and decision-makers to strengthen outreach and sales conversations.
• Prepare pitch teams through briefings, rehearsals, anticipated questions and clear presenter roles.

• Maintain accurate sales content, CRM records and reporting to improve pipeline visibility and team effectiveness.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• To provide effective and efficient accounting support to LEWIS’ Finance US HQ, delivering a high level of service and advice consistent with company and legal requirements
• Supervising/managing Finance staff for accurate and timely completion of finance processes, including month end close
• Supervise the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for select balance sheet accounts
• Prepare monthly revenue recognition analysis, including posting of revenue recognition journals and providing updates to the Senior Financial Controller
• Where multi market revenue is allocated across offices outside the US, ensures split journals are posted in line with month end timetable
• Address revenue allocation queries
• Prepare monthly company credit card cost analysis and accrual worksheet
• Prepare the month end costs accruals and deferrals
• Ensure any costs belonging to other regions are posted in line with the month end timetable
• Prepare monthly cost analysis, including global central and regional central cost splits
• Prepare monthly commentary analyzing revenues and costs to the prior month actuals and to the most recent forecast
• Ensure all client invoices are entered and issued on a timely basis with the assistance of direct reports
• Ensure all client billing has supporting documentation and filed in finance records
• Supervise client debt collection process, ensuring clients are paying on time and flagging clients with delinquent or unusual payment behaviour
• Supervise the recording of incoming cash payments by direct reports
• Be the first point of contact for client billing inquiries
• Ensure all purchase invoices are entered on a timely basis by direct reports
• Post the unusual or high value purchase invoices directly
• Reconcile company credit card statements and post in the accounting system
• Review and approve employee expense reports, ensuring they are reasonable and include references to relevant purchase orders numbers and supporting documentation
• Prepare weekly payment runs, including suppliers, credit cards and staff expenses

• Provide support to the Senior Financial Controller with forecasting outgoing cash
• Build and maintain relationships with key supplier contacts

• Assist with local and federal compliance filings as needed
• Line manage Finance Executives, where relevant, providing regular feedback (ad-hoc and scheduled check-ins)
• Ensure that line reports are supported and receive relevant training to fulfill the role’s expectations
• Assist in the year-end audit process
• Complete ad-hoc reports and/or analysis as and when required
• Be an effective finance business partner, providing sound commercial advice to the business management as and when required

• Own the agency’s growth strategy across sales and marketing, with accountability for pipeline creation, lead quality, conversion performance, and revenue contribution.
• Lead and develop the growth team, including the Sales Manager, Sales Enablement Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales Intern, creating clear priorities, strong collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
• Partner with senior leadership to define target markets, priority sectors, ideal client profiles, and the agency’s commercial approach to winning new business.
• Build integrated growth plans that connect brand visibility, outbound activity, inbound marketing, thought leadership, events, partnerships, and sales activation.
