• Prepare and collate financial data to support month-end reporting and journal processing.

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies that align with business priorities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Lead complex commercial analysis, including total cost of ownership modelling, market benchmarking and supplier performance reviews to identify value creation opportunities.
• Manage high-value supplier negotiations and commercial agreements, ensuring the right balance between cost, performance and risk.
• Partner closely with Parcels, Operations, Finance and Legal stakeholders to shape procurement strategies and support key business initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with key suppliers and monitor performance against contractual commitments and service expectations.

• Advising leaders on I&ER matters, including compliance and interpretation across industrial relations regulatory platforms
• Supporting the planning and negotiation of industrial instruments, including enterprise agreements, local agreements and contract carrier agreements
• Identifying and analysing I&ER risks and opportunities, and facilitating outcomes to resolve issues
• Representing TGE in dealings with union representatives and at Fair Work Commission conciliations and conferences
• Auditing and maintaining compliance with industrial instruments, policies and statutory obligations
• Designing and delivering I&ER training to build capability across the People Team and Operational Leaders
• Staying ahead of the curve tracking legislative change, case law and industry trends through active networks and forums

Senior Advisor – Industrial & Employee Relations

Account Manager

• Lead end-to-end workplace investigations into matters including misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination and policy breaches.
• Provide expert, commercially pragmatic advice on complex employee and industrial relations issues.
• Coach and support leaders through disciplinary processes, performance matters and workplace disputes.
• Interpret and advise on employment legislation, enterprise agreements, awards and workplace policies.
• Represent Team Global Express in Fair Work Commission proceedings and other industrial forums when required.
• Build strong relationships with unions and employee representatives to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
• Develop leader capability through coaching, education and proactive ER guidance.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Employee & Industrial Relations strategy, governance and best practice.

Manager – Employee & Industrial Relations

• Lead and manage the Delivery Partner governance and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with company policies, procurement standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee end-to-end subcontractor onboarding, ensuring all checks, documentation and contract execution are accurate, compliant and completed on time
• Maintain 100% compliance across systems (e.g. ComplianceHub), ensuring all partner records, contracts and documentation are stored, auditable and up to date
• Monitor compliance performance across the subcontractor network, proactively identifying risks and enforcing a zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance
• Act as the escalation point for complex compliance issues and support resolution across stakeholders
• Manage subcontractor contracts, including review, execution, storage, renewals and expiry tracking
• Partner with Procurement, Legal and Operations to support contract negotiations and variations
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Compliance Specialists, driving accountability, performance and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and compliance processes to improve efficiency and partner experience
• Support internal and external audits, maintain governance procedures and manage risk registers
• Collaborate across the business to strengthen subcontractor governance and contribute to broader operational and commercial outcomes
• Champion safety, ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), WHS and all relevant legislation
