Customer Success Manager

• Onboarding & Adoptie: Je begeleidt nieuwe (grote) klanten bij de overstap naar Hypernode en zorgt dat ze vanaf dag één de waarde van onze tooling (zoals de Hypernode API en MageReport) begrijpen.
• Strategisch Relatiebeheer: Je voert periodieke Business Reviews met e-commerce agencies om de roadmap, performance en schaalbaarheid van hun shop-portfolio te bespreken.
• Churn Preventie & Retentie: Je signaleert proactief risico’s en kansen. Zie je dat een shop tegen zijn limieten aanloopt? Dan adviseer jij over de juiste upgrade vóórdat er problemen ontstaan.
• Product Feedback Loop: Je bent de stem van de klant binnen Hypernode. Je vertaalt wensen uit de markt naar concrete input voor ons product- en Developmentteam.
• Upsell & Expansion: Je herkent kansen voor cross-sell en upsell (bijvoorbeeld extra security features of krachtigere nodes) die de klant écht verder helpen.

• Manage a high-volume book of business (hundreds of customers)
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal using programmatic and digital engagement.
• Monitor customer health, usage patterns, and risk indicators at scale.
• Design, execute, and optimize scaled customer journeys with a mix of tech-touch and low-touch actions.
• Meet monthly retention targets.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for assigned markets (LATAM)
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting

Account Executive – LATAM

• Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, guiding leads at every stage of the commercial process.
• Identify and qualify new potential customers through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound channels.
• Conduct consultative product demonstrations of AccessiWay, fully understanding customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders in public and private organizations.
• Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and internal teams to maximize commercial results and optimize the pipeline.
• Use the CRM to manage the pipeline, forecasts and daily activities in a structured and disciplined manner.
• Stay informed about digital accessibility trends, regulations and the market to provide consistently relevant support.
• Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity and a desire to learn, actively contributing to the growth of the Sales team.

• Als Technical Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.
• Jij helpt hen via ons ticketsysteem én telefonisch met technische vragen over hun hostingomgeving.
• Denk aan performance problemen, foutmeldingen of configuratie vragen.
• Soms los je het probleem zelf op, en als je er niet uitkomt, kun je het doorzetten naar onze T2 engineers of samenwerken met onze developers.
• Je leert continu bij, krijgt de ruimte om fouten te maken (en ervan te leren) en groeit snel in je rol door de ondersteuning van collega’s én onze interne trainingen.
