About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.
Conduct user research, map user journeys, and design flows.
Create pixel-perfect interfaces that align with Kolsquare’s brand identity.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and validate ideas.
Contribute to and evolve Kolsquare’s design system for consistency and rapid iteration.
Facilitate design workshops and present concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, with deep expertise in both UX and UI.
Strong ability to turn insights into actionable designs.
Understanding of the Creator Economy and familiarity with influencer marketing or martech is a strong plus.
Experience in a B2B SaaS company, marketplace, CRM, or similar environment.
Proficiency with Figma and modern collaboration platforms.
Ability to leverage AI to accelerate research and prototyping.
Passion for understanding users and translating their needs into high-impact solutions.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
