About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, growing the company’s corporate portfolio.
- Serve as the main point of contact for large corporate accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and the Renewals & Cross Sell roles to manage the corporate portfolio and support ongoing client needs.
- Achieve specific annual goals related to new client acquisition and upselling/cross selling to long-tail customers.
- Build partnerships with agencies and other collaborators to drive adoption of our SaaS and hosting portfolio.
- Establish long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring loyalty and increased revenue.
- Proactively ask existing partners and clients for referrals to identify new selling opportunities.
- Follow up on referral leads, nurturing them into successful partnerships or corporate accounts.
- Work with other team.blue companies to provide reseller services, ensuring smooth operations for customers.
- Act as a liaison between team.blue service providers and the company to resolve issues and enhance service offerings.
- Partner with the Sales Manager, who oversees inbound sales, renewals & cross-selling, to align sales strategies and corporate account activities.
- Collaborate with Support and Sales team members to identify potential corporate leads within the existing customer base.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the Head of Customer Experience for customers’ needs, improving products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
- Actively contribute to the company’s goals by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on corporate clients and channel management.
- Ability to manage key accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with web / cloud hosting and Software as a Service domain will be considered a plus.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot, and the ability to use these tools for sales and reporting purposes.
- Strong ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be considered a plus.
- Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
