About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the adoption and evolution of AI tooling across the Payments team
  • Embed agentic workflows across planning, development, and production monitoring
  • Evaluate and maintain the team's AI development stack

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience in web/backend systems
  • Deep, current, practical experience with agentic AI development tools
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement developer experience improvements
  • Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices
  • Comfortable working across the stack
  • Experience working with MCP servers and agent frameworks
  • A teaching mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience working in or alongside a regulated environment
