Financial Planning and Analysis

• Deliver financial planning, analysis and reporting for store and digital sales and SG&A across Tapestry Europe
• Lead planning and management of SG&A budgets (store payroll, occupancy costs, operations, selling, distribution)
• Conduct monthly cost reviews with stakeholders to analyse variances against budget and forecast
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and improve store profitability
• Utilise SAP and Hyperion (PBCS) to develop payroll KPIs and support detailed analysis and budgeting

FP&A Manager

Manager

• Lead and enhance trading operations for Coach EMEAI markets across all channels, with a focus on pricing strategy, analysis, and execution
• Identify and drive regional merchandising opportunities across brick & mortar and ecommerce channels
• Shape and execute a robust regional pricing strategy; collaborate with local Buying, Wholesale, Global Pricing and Planning teams

• Support the growth of Coach’s distributor business in the Middle East, Africa and India (MEAI), driving performance across multi-channel networks
