About the role

  • Lead and enhance trading operations for Coach EMEAI markets across all channels, with a focus on pricing strategy, analysis, and execution
  • Identify and drive regional merchandising opportunities across brick & mortar and ecommerce channels
  • Shape and execute a robust regional pricing strategy; collaborate with local Buying, Wholesale, Global Pricing and Planning teams
  • Lead annual pricing reviews and maintain regional pricing structures and premium grids across categories
  • Drive the promotional and event calendar with Area/Regional Managers, Ecommerce, and Marketplace teams
  • Partner with Buying Managers to support forecasting, planning, assortment and investment strategy
  • Own pricing processes, pricing audits, and ensure accurate pricing across systems and timely communication
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to develop and maintain a signage library supporting pricing and brand messaging
  • Analyse store-level and customer data to optimise assortment, inventory, pricing and promotions to meet sales and margin targets
  • Work with Allocation and Inventory Management to optimise inventory at store and regional levels and capitalise on trading opportunities
  • Support financial planning and contribute to weekly, monthly, and long-range planning with merchandising insights
  • Act as central point of contact for promotional strategy and cadence and liaise with Outlet partners
  • Remain agile to shifts in the trading environment and recommend strategic adjustments to drive profitable market share growth
  • Contribute to trading and planning meetings and foster strong cross-functional regional and global relationships
  • Report to the Buying Director and partner closely with Buying Managers and regional teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in Merchandising, Planning, and Analytics within fast-paced retail environments
  • Proven multi-category expertise; experience in handbags and accessories is highly desirable
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with solid financial acumen and a clear understanding of key commercial drivers
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Working knowledge of Cora, MicroStrategy, SAP, and price elasticity tools
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the fashion and accessories market, ideally within the luxury segment
  • Experience working within a global brand and supporting European markets
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, using market and industry insights to inform decisions
  • Data-driven and solution-oriented, with the ability to translate priorities into focused team action
  • Skilled at building strong regional & global partnerships and engaging effectively with diverse teams at all levels
