About the role

  • The Retail Excellence Manager plays a key role in driving business growth by collaborating with the Director and Sales team to strengthen the market presence within the assigned territory.
  • This position is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing field support to enhance brand presentation and deliver exceptional sales performance.
  • Additionally, the Retail Excellence Manager oversees the creation and execution of strategic action plans, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Initiative, entrepreneurship, innovativeness, ownership and the ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of industry, including trends and all aspects of fashion

  • Leadership, prioritization and team development skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong visual merchandising skills
  • Knowledge of retail math, MS Excel and Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to Travel 60%
  • An outstanding professional will have Vendor Role (i.e. training and development of teams, merchandising, and maintaining visual and operations standards).
  • Superior retail and selling experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with department stores is strongly preferred.
