About the role
- The Retail Excellence Manager plays a key role in driving business growth by collaborating with the Director and Sales team to strengthen the market presence within the assigned territory.
- This position is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing field support to enhance brand presentation and deliver exceptional sales performance.
- Additionally, the Retail Excellence Manager oversees the creation and execution of strategic action plans, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- The accomplished individual will possess... 3+ years Multi – unit management and people development experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered
- Initiative, entrepreneurship, innovativeness, ownership and the ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of industry, including trends and all aspects of fashion
- Excellent business acumen, analytical, organization, problem solving, training and presentation skills
- Leadership, prioritization and team development skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Knowledge of retail math, MS Excel and Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to Travel 60%
- An outstanding professional will have Vendor Role (i.e. training and development of teams, merchandising, and maintaining visual and operations standards).
- Superior retail and selling experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with department stores is strongly preferred.
