About the role
- Greet customers and operate the cash wrap with accuracy and friendly customer service
- Conduct email/name capture where permitted and suggest add-ons and gift cards
- Maintain cash wrap organization, POS accuracy, and compliance with company policy
- Receive shipments and transfers; scan cartons and verify store information
- Communicate discrepancies to Store Management and process shipments/transfers per standards
- Organize, clean, and manage stockroom and offsite warehouses; shift product and react to sell-through
- Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts
- Replenish sales floor, execute visual merchandising, and support sales floor activities
- Communicate product features, price points, color and stock availability to customers
- Uphold Company Loss Prevention standards and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
- Ability to utilize walkie talkie and read price and product release sheets
- Physical ability to execute at a fast pace; climb, bend, kneel, maneuver sales floor and stock room
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
