About the role

  • Greet customers at the cash wrap with a smile, provide name, and interact genuinely
  • Conduct email/name capture where permitted by law and thank customers to create reason to return
  • Maintain accuracy when operating POS, cash wrap organization, cleanliness and compliance with Coach policy
  • Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards
  • Receive shipments and transfers; scan cartons/transfers and verify store information
  • Notify Store Management of new product arrivals and communicate discrepancies
  • Process shipments/transfers according to Coach standards and organize and clean stockroom daily
  • Shift/organize product in the stockroom and manage stock levels/back-of-house and sales floor
  • Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts
  • Analyze sales floor for replenishment needs, replenish assigned zone and react to sell-through
  • Execute visual merchandising needs and support sales floor activities as directed
  • Communicate price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability to customers and partner with sales team or Store Management when needed
  • Uphold Company Loss Prevention standards and maintain housekeeping standards

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
  • Ability to utilize walkie talkie
  • Ability to understand and read price and product release sheets
  • Physical ability to execute at a fast pace; climb, bend, and kneel as required
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
  • Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
