Greet customers at cash wrap, offer name, operate POS, and maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness
Conduct email/name capture where permitted, suggest add-ons, sell gift cards, and create lasting customer impressions
Receive shipments and transfers, scan cartons/transfers, verify store information, process shipments/transfers according to Coach standards, and communicate discrepancies to Store Management
Organize and clean stockroom daily (including offsite/remote warehouse as applicable), shift/organize product, manage stock levels, and prepare/conduct cycle counts and inventory counts
Replenish sales floor/assigned zone, execute visual merchandising, react to sell-through, and support sales floor activities
Communicate product details (price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability) to customers and partner with sales team or Store Management when needed
Maintain Company Loss Prevention standards, housekeeping standards, and uphold Coach brand representation
Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
Ability to utilize walkie talkie and read price and product release sheets
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling required
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
