About the role
- Lead enterprise-wide commercial transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence and standardization
- Define and implement commercial policies and establish best-in-class commercial frameworks
- Lead operational readiness for product and partnership launches, define order-to-cash processes and system requirements
- Drive commercial strategy transformation from concept to operational reality, including CLM automation and contracting process redesign
- Partner with product, sales, marketing, finance, technology, and customer-to-cash teams to optimize performance
- Build relationships across geographically distributed teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Lead and manage Commercial Policy and Operational Readiness teams; build high-performing teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience
- 5+ years of people management experience, including leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in SaaS/AI companies with commercial model transformation knowledge
- Strong background in change management, process improvement, and business strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
