Greet customers and operate cash wrap with accuracy and friendliness; perform email/name capture where permitted and suggest add-ons and gift cards
Maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness; maintain cash and POS media in compliance with Coach policy
Receive shipment and transfers; scan cartons/transfers and verify store information; notify Store Management of new product and discrepancies; process shipments/transfers per Coach standards
Organize and clean stockroom daily; shift/organize product to react to sell through and make room for new product; manage stock levels and product ownership
Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts
Replenish sales floor and assigned zones; execute visual merchandising needs; support sales floor activities and communicate product features, price points, color and stock availability
Maintain housekeeping standards and Company Loss Prevention standards; represent Coach brand and create lasting impressions on customers
Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
Ability to utilize walkie talkie and read price and product release sheets
Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team
Physical requirements: climbing, bending, kneeling; frequently lift/carry up to 25 pounds and at times up to 50 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
