Provide friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap; greet customers, offer name, and conduct email/name capture where permitted
Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards, maintain cash and POS media in compliance with policy
Support flow of product from receipt through point of sale and represent Coach brand appropriately
Receive shipments/transfers, scan cartons, notify Store Management of new product and discrepancies, and process shipments/transfers per Coach standards
Organize, clean, and shift/organize stockroom and offsite/remote warehouse as applicable; manage stock levels and product ownership in back-of-house and sales floor
Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts as scheduled
Regularly analyze sales floor for replenishment needs, replenish assigned zones, react to sell-through and execute visual merchandising needs
Support sales floor activities, communicate product information (price, features/benefits, color, stock availability), respond to customer requests, and uphold housekeeping and loss prevention standards
Requirements
1- 3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand/read price and product release sheets
Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team
Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling required
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays (including high retail traffic days)
