About the role
- Greet customers with a smile, interact naturally, and determine customer needs at the cash wrap.
- Conduct email/name capture where permitted by law; operate POS accurately and suggest add-ons and gift cards.
- Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness, and cash/POS media accuracy in compliance with Coach policy.
- Receive shipment and transfers; scan cartons/transfers, verify store information, and communicate discrepancies to Store Management.
- Process shipments/transfers according to Coach standards; organize and clean stockroom and offsite/remote warehouse as applicable.
- Shift and organize product in stockroom; manage stock levels and product ownership on the sales floor; prepare cycle counts.
- Participate in store physical inventory counts and maintain Company Loss Prevention standards.
- Analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs; replenish assigned zone and execute visual merchandising.
- Support sales floor activities, communicate product information to customers, and partner with sales team or Store Management when needed.
- Uphold housekeeping standards and represent the Coach brand appropriately.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
- Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
- Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Physical ability to climb, bend, and kneel; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to meet Coach scheduling & availability expectations, including flexible schedule, nights, weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic days.
