About the role

  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising day-to-day store operations and team performance.
  • Provide on-floor coaching and guidance to Cozey Ambassadors to ensure excellent customer experience and drive sales objectives.
  • Support scheduling, shift coverage, and team check-ins.
  • Ensure team members complete product knowledge training prior to product launches.
  • Engage customers, provide product recommendations, assist with orders, and process transactions.
  • Support Shopify and POS operations, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
  • Help track and communicate sales KPIs.
  • Guide Cozey Ambassadors in clienteling: gathering customer data, emails and generating 5-star reviews.
  • Support Store Manager in finding agile ways to meet sales KPIs and motivate the team.
  • Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Monitor product displays and assist in merchandising flips with new arrivals.
  • Manage order holds and follow-ups on draft orders.
  • Coordinate backstock returns to the warehouse and maintain supply inventory.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to coach, motivate, and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Adaptable, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable with physical aspects of the role (standing, walking, light lifting).
  • Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS is an asset.
