Coordinate with various teams within TEO to develop and implement reporting and performance enablement capabilities
Conduct analyses and synthesize findings to identify improvement opportunities and help teams reach decisions
Develop and improve performance management reporting capabilities at all levels in TEO to drive desired business results and accurately monitor overall business performance
Support TEO goals and track progress against targets
Collaboration and support for process enhancements by integrating data capabilities within business operations
Developing and maintenance of centralized reporting dashboards and databases
