Oversee and implement quality management processes to ensure that all deliverables and services meet the highest standards of excellence
Analyze various data sources to support recommendations for Delivery Excellence processes improvements with evidence
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality standards
Maintain accurate records and reports related to quality management and service delivery
Contribute to enhancing staff experience on client engagements by designing processes that ensure that engagements are meaningful, well defined, and well governed throughout the engagement lifecycle
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing projects / programs
Must have experience consulting and working directly with clients
Must have demonstrated experience in contract management
Must have demonstrated success with product and technology delivery in the consulting space
Experience using a variety of project delivery platforms, tools, and methods such as Jira, AzureDevOps , Agile, AI, etc
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in French is required when applying to a Quebec based opportunity; outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
