Provide strategic and tactical support to help Treasury Solution Specialists in both Corporate Client Group and Mid-Market Commercial to attract and retain business across Canada
Actively participate in the proposal management process and provide direct support to the sales force by developing client communications to support RBC's revenue generation efforts
Play a key role in Transaction Banking Enablement activities
Collaborate closely with business and functional partners across Transaction Banking and Commercial Banking, identify initiatives, manage delivery plans, effectively manage risks and issues
Contribute to individual and unit sales objectives by providing appropriate solutions in proposals and RFP’s with a continued focus on relationship building, revenue generation and client loyalty
Provide solutions and business advice in client communications designed to satisfy clients total financial services needs with a consistent focus on building long term RBC client relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with service partners to optimize service levels and operational opportunities
Analyze data and develop business cases to inform strategic business decisions
Requirements
University/College education or professional designation equivalents or relevant work experience
Extensive knowledge of the RBC Transaction Banking (Cash Management and Trade) Products, emerging industry trends, and the ability to speak to broader RBC strategies, relevant industry/legislative issues
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to match client need with product/structure solution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including exacting attention to detail related to complex and customized documentation requirements
Ability to prioritize in managing multiple and sometimes conflicting time demands
Fluent in French
