Greet customers at the cash wrap, operate POS accurately, conduct email/name capture, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards, and maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
Receive shipments and transfers, scan cartons/transfers, verify store information, process shipments/transfers per Coach standards, and notify Store Management of new product and discrepancies.
Organize and clean stockroom daily, manage stock levels/back-of-house and sales floor, and shift/organize product in response to sell-through.
Replenish sales floor and assigned zones, execute visual merchandising needs, support sales floor activities, and communicate product features, prices, and stock availability to customers.
Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts as directed.
Create lasting impressions by providing friendly, efficient customer service and representing the Coach brand; uphold loss prevention and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand/read price and product release sheets.
Experience with cash handling and maintaining POS media accurately and in compliance with company policy.
Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team.
Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
