• Lead the Product Team: Manage and coach a small team of Product Owners, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
• Product Process Governance: Establish and enforce standard product management processes across all teams.
• Champion process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality of product delivery.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced developers on enhancing and maintaining the foundational custody platform.
• Support our product owner and other stakeholders by providing technical expertise during the design process of new products & features, especially in the area of API design.
• Make independent decisions about architecture, software design, and implementations.
• Develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs based on node.js using TypeScript.
• Bring in your DevOps mindset to implement and maintain Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the highest quality standards while continuously delivering customer value.
• Be responsible for testing, rollout, and go-live of product increments.
• Develop and maintain standards for our software development, especially regarding code quality, clean code, automated testing and deployment, diagnostics, and monitoring.

• Interdisciplinary execution and oversight of processes related to the custody of digital assets
• Transaction management, anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks, data analysis, and reporting
• Management of blockchain transactions for institutional clients across various custody technologies
• Analysis and classification of new blockchain protocols, protocol upgrades, and staking mechanisms
• Operational design and prototyping of new services
• Continuous improvement and automation of internal processes
• Building personal, trusted client relationships as the direct point of contact for banks and financial institutions
