About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the setup, administration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
Install and configure hardware and software
Analyze and resolve technical faults and support requests
Assist employees with IT-related questions
Contribute to the planning and implementation of IT projects
Monitor, secure, and document systems, processes, and IT infrastructure
Learn about modern cloud, security, and networking technologies
Help optimize and further develop internal IT processes
Assist with managing user accounts, access rights, and end devices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good school leaving certificate
Interest in IT systems, networks, and technical relationships
Initial experience with hardware and software and basic IT topics is an advantage
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Good English skills
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Enjoy solving technical problems and learning new technologies
Team player, reliable, and proactive
Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
