About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, references and other HR documents.
- Maintain and administer employee master data and HR systems.
- Independently manage the full recruiting process — from needs analysis and creating and publishing job ads to contract negotiation and hiring.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions.
- Prepare, support and follow up on performance reviews and assist managers with performance management.
- Prepare payroll-related documentation in cooperation with our external tax advisor/firm.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and the ongoing development of our company culture and employer brand.
- Organize and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Manage external service providers.
- Coordinate orders, mail handling and general administration.
- Plan and organize team events, workshops and internal company events.
- Welcome and assist guests and external partners.
- Oversee access control, including managing access permissions and keys.
- Ensure and coordinate occupational health and safety measures and maintain the required documentation and training records.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or commercial vocational training with a focus on HR or office management, or comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in HR and ideally in office management.
- Good knowledge of labor law and administrative HR processes.
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High service orientation and enjoyment of working with people.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident handling of digital HR tools.
