Operations

• Support Division President in leading strategic, financial, and operational performance of a +25-location, +300-employee, +$200M division
• Share full P&L accountability and drive sustainable top-line growth, profitability, and compliance
• Collaborate with doctors and regional leadership to maximize sales revenue and improve clinical outcomes
• Develop and execute divisional growth strategies, price optimization, and product portfolio optimization
• Establish sales objectives, monitor KPIs (revenue vs. plan, contact rate, closure rate, gross profit %), and manage sales budgets
• Implement targeted marketing and patient acquisition strategies and leverage CRM/analytics to improve conversion
• Oversee day-to-day operations across centers, implement technology and standardized workflows
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost-control measures, and revenue cycle management
• Partner with clinical leaders to promote innovation, evidence-based practices, and clinical training
• Build and lead sales specialists, General Managers and Regional Directors; drive culture, engagement, and retention
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA) and manage risk mitigation
• Represent the organization in industry forums and strengthen vendor and referral partner relationships
