Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and decision engines to address complex business challenges
• Conduct experiments, tune hyperparameters, and apply advanced modeling techniques to improve the accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of new and existing models
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for ML solutions
• Execute full-stack engineering tasks including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, API development, and integration with enterprise systems
• Engineer scalable, secure, compliant, and production-grade ML pipelines with modern cloud-native technologies
• Design and implement distributed training workflows, online inference systems, and low-latency serving architectures

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Director

• Partner with Clinical Affairs, doctors, executive leadership, corporate strategy, field leaders and center managers to support the development of deployment approaches for key strategic clinical initiatives
• Identify gaps, constraints, and or roadblocks to adoption and integration of new initiatives; develop interventions at the center, region, division, and network level
• Mobilize internal resources (operations, strategy, field, sales, marketing, legal and compliance, IT) to overcome challenges, ensuring doctors, centers and field teams have support and training needed to fully adopt new treatments, systems, and processes
• Partner with field leadership to hold centers and field teams accountable to achieving adoption and implementation targets
• Liaise with doctors, field teams, operations teams, strategy, analytics, and finance; serve as a lynchpin among these teams to support prioritization of interventions and support

• Serve as the architect and steward of TAG’s enterprise-wide communications strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across brands, audiences, and channels.
• Translate commercial, brand, and business strategy into clear, human communication that leaders, team members, clinicians, and partners can understand and act on.
• Partner closely with the Chief Commercial & Brand Officer to align communications with go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and growth priorities.
• Act as a senior advisor to the CEO and executive team on enterprise messaging, narrative framing, and high-stakes communications.
• Oversee internal communications for a 20,000+ person workforce spanning multiple brands, care settings, and geographies.
• Support a modern internal communications ecosystem that delivers the right message, through the right channels, at the right moments.
• Create shared context during periods of change - operating model shifts, growth initiatives, transformation programs - so teams understand the “why,” not just the “what.”
