About the role

  • Analyze campaign performance data across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels to uncover trends, evaluate effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum ROI, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing.
  • Support email marketing and nurture campaigns through audience segmentation, content strategy, automated workflows, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and share insights with channel owners to inform ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop reporting frameworks and communicate performance to partners.
  • Partner with external agencies to coordinate campaign planning, creative development, and performance optimization across digital channels.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and CTAs to increase conversion rates.
  • Lead the end-to-end ad production process—from brief creation and asset development to launch and post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Manage the content syndication program to expand audience reach, create leads, and support overall demand generation goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with focus on digital campaigns, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Hands-on experience with important marketing and analytics tools including Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, and SEM platforms.
  • Translate data into relevant insights and performance improvements.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with sales, content, and external partners.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a test-and-learn approach to marketing.
  • A/B testing skills and able to interpret performance data and acting on it.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and copy writing skills.
  • Collaborative, with an eye for scalable process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
