About the role

  • Craft and deliver engagement campaigns that spark meaningful connections between the brand and consumers.
  • Plan and execute integrated programs across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM to personalize customer journeys and improve campaign performance.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to optimize campaigns and share insights with leadership.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital, Innovation, Sales, and agency partners for creative consistency.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, asset delivery, and vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to content development, messaging strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure legal, brand, and data privacy compliance.
  • Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to keep the brand top of mind.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in digital engagement, CRM, or automation-driven campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of consumer behavior, content strategy, and the full buyer journey.
  • Budget tracking and vendor management experience a plus.
  • Creative, organized, and data-savvy with strong analytical skills.
