• The Role…We are seeking a highly experienced GTM Methodology Lead to own the global rollout, adoption, and scale of our core revenue methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (CoM), across Sales and Post-Sales at Synthesia.
• This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for embedding a shared revenue language across our global GTM organization. You will drive consistent, high-quality execution across the entire customer lifecycle by institutionalizing best-in-class qualification, discovery, deal strategy, inspection, and value communication practices.
• You will partner closely with Revenue Leadership, Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product Marketing to drive behavioral change and operational rigor — ultimately accelerating revenue growth and forecast accuracy.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and change management within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Key ResponsibilitiesMethodology Ownership & Strategy
• - Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MEDDPICC and Command of the Message adoption across global revenue teams.
• - Develop and institutionalize a shared GTM language tailored specifically to Synthesia — aligning Sales, Post-Sales, and leadership around common definitions, inspection standards, and execution expectations.
• - Define clear success metrics tied to pipeline quality, win rates, deal velocity, expansion, and forecast accuracy.
• - Act as the internal authority on revenue methodology best practices.
• Global Rollout & Enablement
• - Design and deliver scalable training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for both new hires and tenured team members across Sales and Post-Sales.
• - Lead global rollouts across regions and segments, ensuring consistent execution standards.
• - Develop certification frameworks and reinforcement programs to drive long-term behavioral adoption.
• - Partner with the broader enablement team to embed MEDDPICC and Command of the Message into all onboarding and ongoing enablement initiatives.
• Reinforcement & Operationalization
• - Partner with RevOps to embed MEDDPICC and CoM into CRM workflows, deal reviews, QBRs, forecasting processes, and account planning.
• - Standardize inspection frameworks and coaching guides for frontline managers.
• - Ensure methodology principles extend beyond new logo acquisition into renewals, expansions, and strategic account growth.
• - Drive consistency in deal strategy and inspection across the revenue organization.
• Cross-Functional Alignment
• - Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and value narratives with Command of the Message principles.
• - Align with Customer Success leadership to embed qualification and value frameworks into post-sale motions.
• - Act as a trusted advisor to senior revenue leaders on methodology adherence, performance impact, and revenue quality.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• - Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure adoption, quality, and effectiveness.
• - Conduct regular audits of deal quality and methodology application.
• - Continuously refine training content, reinforcement strategies, and coaching programs based on performance insights.
• - Drive ongoing iteration as the business scales.
• About You…
• - 6–8+ years in revenue enablement, sales leadership, or GTM strategy roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
• - Deep, hands-on expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, with proven experience leading enterprise-scale rollouts.
• - Demonstrated success improving win rates, deal velocity, expansion performance, and forecast accuracy.
• - Experience building and scaling a shared revenue language across cross-functional GTM teams.
• - Proven ability to embed methodologies into CRM systems, operating rhythms, and inspection frameworks.
• - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• - Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and change management skills.
• - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable enablement strategies.

GTM Methodology Lead

Marketing

• Support the US field marketing strategy: Partner with the current US Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated field and ABM programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
• Collaborate across regions: Work closely with other Field Marketing Managers and the Head of Global Field Marketing to align on global priorities, share learnings, and scale repeatable best practices.
• Lead project management and execution: Oversee planning, logistics, and on-the-ground delivery for key events
• Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success to align field activities with revenue goals, lead handoff processes, and campaign follow-up.
• Measure and optimize performance: Track campaign metrics, report on outcomes, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and impact.
• Contribute to ABM and demand generation: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support targeted programs across the buyer journey.
• Act as a connector and collaborator: Support cross-team initiatives, ensuring field marketing programs are aligned with content, brand, and digital marketing strategies.
• Travel: Attend and support events, with occasional travel to the London HQ and other regional activations as needed.

Field Marketing Manager

Executive Assistant

• Partner closely with the CRO and GTM leaders to prioritize time, focus, and energy across meetings, customers, internal stakeholders, and strategic initiatives.
• Own and optimize complex calendars, across time zones, with ruthless prioritization.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, off-sites, QBRs, and field events and ensure they land with impact.
• Handle executive travel, logistics, and briefings like a pro, details matter.
• Create leverage across the GTM org by helping drive action items, follow-through, and internal alignment.
• Manage ad hoc requests with speed, confidentiality, and judgment.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and support to customers to resolve their issues
• Identify and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary
• Collaborate with other teams such as technical support specialists, support product specialists, and leadership to resolve customer issues
• Record and maintain accurate customer information within our CRM systems (Intercom & Salesforce)
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (KPI’s) such as first response times, first contact resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve your own product knowledge and remain up to date with our product, services and processes
• Provide constructive feedback to the business and leadership team to improve customer support processes and procedures

Customer Support Associate

Account Executive

• Running a full sales cycle within our Enterprise customers from cold outreach to close.
• With full ownership of your pipeline, you will build your account plans and identify top targets within those accounts.
• Use MEDDPICC to accurately qualify and identify risk across all opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
• Selling across lines of business (such as HR, L&D, Customer Care, and Marketing).
• In your accounts, you'll expand Synthesia’s footprint to additional teams that can benefit from the solution.
• Manage all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce).

Enterprise Account Executive

• Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns and playbooks focused on acquiring net new strategic accounts.
• Partner with Sales to identify, prioritize, and target accounts with the highest revenue potential.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Field Marketing and Regional Field Marketing Managers to align ABM initiatives with regional priorities and global strategy.
• Work cross-functionally with Digital, Product Marketing, Email, and Content teams to create personalized campaigns.
