Requirements

  • a couple of years of experience working in performance marketing / paid social space
  • strong direct-response instincts: hooks, angles, problem–solution, CTA psychology
  • you understand social media trends (TikTok, Meta, Shorts)
  • you’re organized and can manage multiple creators, scripts, and deliverables
  • you know how to write a structured brief for an ad
  • you know how to give clear, actionable feedback to an ad you don’t like
  • you’re a self-starter who brings good energy, ownership and accountability: you get an idea, prototype it, and push it forward without waiting for permission
  • excited about scaling an early-stage creator community — finding new creators, improving quality, and establishing stronger collaboration processes
