Account Executive

• Running a full sales cycle within our Mid Market customers from cold outreach to close.
• With full ownership of your pipeline, you will build your account plans and identify top targets within those accounts.
• Use MEDDPICC to accurately qualify and identify risk across all opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
• Selling across lines of business (such as HR, L&D, Customer Care, and Marketing).
• In your accounts, you'll expand Synthesia's footprint to additional teams that can benefit from the solution.
• Manage all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce).

Mid Market Account Executive

Marketing

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Synthesia's 1:1 and 1:few hosted events program across North America, executive dinners, VIP roundtables, bespoke account activations, and curated intimate experiences for target buying groups
• Partner closely with the ABM Manager to align hosted event programs to account prioritisation, buying stage, and strategic account plans — ensuring every event has a clear account objective and follow-through plan
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to identify the right accounts, contacts, and moments for hosted event outreach, and ensure tight pre- and post-event coordination
• Design event experiences with a deliberate commercial outcome in mind: opening new opportunities at target accounts, accelerating stalled pipeline, and strengthening multi-threaded relationships within key buying groups
• Develop compelling event concepts, themes, and agendas that resonate with senior buyers and create genuine value beyond the pitch
• Manage all logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor management, invitations, attendee experience, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
• Continuously track and report on hosted event performance — measuring sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and ROI in partnership with Marketing Ops
• Support our ABM Manager with 1:few account-based campaign activations where a physical or virtual hosted component adds lift
• Travel across North America to execute events as needed — flexibility to travel regularly is a key part of this role

Staff Research Engineer – Multimodal Generative Modelling

• Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the rest of the customer success team to preserve and expand customer contracts.
• Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments

• Serve as the primary point of contact for AEs/CSMs, and clients, understanding their needs, identifying practical solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Build, scale and evolve our design system: the component library, design tokens, and documentation that give product teams a consistent, accessible foundation to build on.
• Extend our design system for AI-assisted development so AI coding tools and agents can use our components, tokens and guidelines as easily as people can, with Storybook as the backbone and machine-readable interfaces (e.g. MCP) layered on top.
• Design component APIs that resist misuse, so AI and human developers alike can build with confidence.
• Write high-quality, performant frontend code (React/TypeScript) and raise the bar for component craft and consistency across the engineering org.
• Partner closely with design, product and engineering to define components together and take them all the way to something that holds up in production.
