Lead sales efforts within a defined geographic territory, driving growth across products, services, parts, and solutions while maintaining a strong commercial focus and strategic influence
Develop and execute long-term strategic account and communication plans, ensuring a unified "one face to the customer" approach across offerings and functions
Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, including complex, multi-offering transactions such as parts, repairs, outage services, upgrades, digital solutions, and service agreements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Engineering, Customer Fulfillment, and Marketing to enhance proposal strategies, outage planning, and customer engagement
Maintain accurate opportunity and project data in internal systems (e.g., NEX), and support demand forecasting and pacing activities
Provide leadership in proposal development, leveraging templates and tools to create compelling offers that align with customer needs and business goals
Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer strategies to identify new opportunities and inform sales tactics
Apply sound judgment to solve complex problems, recommend best practices, and influence internal and external stakeholders with data-driven insights
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of technical knowledge and experience within the Power Generation industry in either Commercial roles, Marketing, Sales, and/or Project Management of Power Generation products
Available to travel up to 30% of the time
