About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for nuclear energy products and services
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to position the company effectively in the nuclear sector
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Enhance brand recognition and reputation within the nuclear industry and build value story for new nuclear offering
  • Oversee development of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content
  • Create high-impact content such as white papers, case studies, and technical reports to position company as thought leader
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to market new products ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with Communications team on product collateral and online content
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and potential clients
  • Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars
  • Travel as required and represent company at industry events globally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing, business development and/or new product introduction
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the energy sector (nuclear preferred)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information (authorization may be required)
  • Proven track record of successful marketing with complex technical products
  • Strong understanding of nuclear industry regulations, standards, and market dynamics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience communicating in business-to-business sales and with C-suite customers
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns
  • High proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and marketing software
