About the role

  • The Manager, Talent Acquisition - North America, Systems Engineering will drive talent acquisition efforts aligned with regional and senior leadership strategy.
  • Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting business leaders to attract and select top talent across assigned regions.
  • Lead recruitment activities for volume and strategic hiring across multiple functions and levels.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and continuous development.
  • Implement targeted sourcing strategies and partner with Talent Attraction for employer branding initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-regionally to align recruiting practices and share best practices.
  • Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and provide labor market insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, managing recruitment across multiple regions and functions.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams of recruiters with focus on coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including use of social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external vendors.
  • Experience advising and influencing key stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Strong experience using recruitment metrics and data analytics to track performance and implement solutions.
  • Ability to leverage labor market insights and internal data for sourcing and hiring decisions.
  • Solution-oriented mindset; ability to adapt to changing business needs and leverage innovative recruitment technologies.
  • Knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
