About the role
- The Manager, Talent Acquisition - North America, Systems Engineering will drive talent acquisition efforts aligned with regional and senior leadership strategy.
- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting business leaders to attract and select top talent across assigned regions.
- Lead recruitment activities for volume and strategic hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies and partner with Talent Attraction for employer branding initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate cross-regionally to align recruiting practices and share best practices.
- Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and provide labor market insights to leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, managing recruitment across multiple regions and functions.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams of recruiters with focus on coaching, development, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including use of social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external vendors.
- Experience advising and influencing key stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Strong experience using recruitment metrics and data analytics to track performance and implement solutions.
- Ability to leverage labor market insights and internal data for sourcing and hiring decisions.
- Solution-oriented mindset; ability to adapt to changing business needs and leverage innovative recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
