About the role

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Copeland’s global recognition platform, supporting functionality, data integrity, and daily operations.
  • Respond to user inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and a positive user experience.
  • Assist with updating platform content, configurations, and communications.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to track program usage, spend, and engagement.
  • Compile and distribute recurring reports and ad hoc data requests to support decision-making.
  • Support data validation and accuracy across systems and reports.
  • Help maintain records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for recognition platform provider.
  • Monitor service delivery, report issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating updates, feature releases, and communications with vendors.
  • Document and streamline processes.
  • Ensure programs comply with internal policies and applicable tax or legal requirements.
  • Maintain process documentation and support audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, Finance, and regional teams to ensure consistent program delivery.
  • Provide training materials and guidance to employees and managers on Total Rewards tools and processes.
  • Promote awareness and use of Total Rewards offerings through ongoing support and communications.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for Total Rewards projects, including benefits, compensation, and employee experience efforts.
  • Assist in coordination, documentation, and communication for cross-functional rewards initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recognition program support, HR operations, Total Rewards, finance, or systems administration
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including data accuracy and visualization
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
  • Experience working with global recognition platforms (e.g., Achievers, Workhuman, Bonusly)
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS systems
  • Understanding of global invoicing and accounting processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or Information Systems
  • Experience with data tools such as Power BI
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
