Oversee the full employee lifecycle - including hiring, onboarding, benefits, performance, and offboarding - primarily in the U.S., with occasional support for EMEA and APAC.
Partner with Finance to manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
Administer and continuously improve employee benefits, wellness, engagement, and retention strategies.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HRIS systems; serve as a go-to for HRIS and leave-related questions.
Support learning, development, and leadership programs to foster talent growth.
Manage performance review cycles and disciplinary processes.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and strengthen company culture.
Use HR data to guide decisions on workforce planning, compensation, and retention.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee audits in partnership with IT and Legal.
Advise on employee relations matters and ensure fair application of policies.
Lead HR communications and support change management efforts.
Facilitate employee engagement surveys and drive follow-up action planning.
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an HR role
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Familiarity with key HR processes (recruitment, L&D, performance management, etc.)
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and willingness to learn new systems
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural awareness
Detail-oriented with a resourceful, proactive approach to work
