About the role

  • The Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition, NA Field Services will play a key dual-role, balancing a blend of recruitment responsibilities and management duties. Manage the recruitment process for assigned positions while supporting the Manager or Senior Manager in overseeing a small recruitment team. Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer; ensure high-quality candidates are identified and hired in a timely manner. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a small team of recruiters. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on expectations. Manage interview scheduling and offer negotiation; ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Supervise and mentor a small team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development. Implement targeted sourcing strategies to build inclusive talent pipelines and execute employer branding initiatives. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers across regions to share best practices and ensure alignment. Partner with external vendors and recruitment agencies as necessary. Maintain knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws and ensure recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and internal policies. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Experience recruiting for a variety of positions across different functions, industries, and levels. 1-2 years of experience in a leadership, mentoring, or coaching role, with a focus on supporting and developing others in the recruitment function. Ability to lead a small team, offering guidance and support, while holding team members accountable for meeting recruitment targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates, hiring managers, and team members effectively. Proficient in conducting interviews and providing clear feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) and leveraging recruiting tools to find high-quality talent. Ability to build and maintain an inclusive talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics and use data to make informed decisions about recruitment strategies and improvements. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify recruitment challenges and find effective solutions.
